Return & Refund Policy

All our products go through a quality assurance process and are carefully examined by our experienced team. In an unusual event, if we still sent a cover which has a manufacturing error we will gladly replace/repair it with no cost to the customer. In other cases, we will not be able to accept returns as all our covers are custom made as per customer’s requirement. Please note that all our covers are generally 1-3 inches (depending on the size of the cover) larger than the dimensions provided by the customer.

If the cover arrived with a manufacturing error, then we would request the client to send the pictures of those errors to emails@coverus.com along with some explanation. (Including order number) Once we receive the images and the relevant information, we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

*Please note we cannot process returns for our covers, since they are custom made to your size.
